When making your reservations to Soaring Eagle, please remember the following:

  • There is a 50% deposit required to hold your site, except for holiday weekends when the site must be paid in full.
  • Price subject to change without notice.
  • You can charge by phone using your Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
  • Information on rates can be found in the Rates and Specials section.

Spring Hours

Sunday-Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00pm

Friday-Saturday: 8:00 am – 8:00pm

We start taking reservations March 1st

Phone hours  10am-7pm Wednesday- Sunday

Mondays and Tuesdays you may leave a message and we will return your call during the phone reservation hours

Summer Hours

Monday – Thursday: 10:00am- 7:00pm

Friday: check in time 11am-10pm

If checking in before 11am and after 10pm arrangements must be made prior to arrival.

If you are checking in on Sunday check-not until 3pm!

If checking in on weekdays Monday – Thursday, check in from 11am-6pm If later than 6pm on weekdays you must call and confirm we do not stay open late on weekdays

Fall Hours

Sunday-Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00pm

Friday-Saturday: 8:00 am – 8:00pm

Friday check in after labor day weekend is 8pm!

If camping in the fall (post Labor Day Weekend) September

you must check in before 6pm!!!!

Weekend Store Hours

Friday- 9:00 am-10:00pm

Saturday– 9:00am-8:00pm

Sunday- 9:00 am- 6pm

Reservation hours weekdays- 9:00am-7:00pm

River trip hours- 9am-3pm for 2 miles trip

8-9am- 1pm for 8 miles trip
